How to request deletion of your data from Saltire Systems.
How to Request Deletion
- Email hello@saltire.systems with the subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Saltire Systems account and your office/company name.
- If your request relates to Meta Lead Ads data, include the connected Meta Page ID if known.
What We Delete
- Your user profile and authentication credentials.
- Integration tokens and connected service identifiers (where legally permitted).
- Leads and associated CRM records stored for your account/office.
- Communication history (portal messages, SMS logs, email records).
- Generated documents and signing records (where legally permitted).
What We May Retain
We may retain certain records where required by law or regulatory obligation, such as transaction records needed for anti-money laundering compliance or tax purposes. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and explain the legal basis for retention.
Timeline
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive confirmation when deletion is complete.
