Data Deletion Instructions

If you want your data deleted from Saltire Systems, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@saltire.systems with subject: Data Deletion Request
2. Include the email address of your Saltire Systems account and (if applicable) your office/company name.
3. If your request relates to Meta Lead Ads data, include the connected Meta Page ID (if known).

What we delete

• Your user account profile and access tokens (where legally permitted).
• Leads and associated records stored in Saltire Systems for your account/office.

Timing

We aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless we must retain certain records for legal or security reasons.
