It tells you what you would otherwise walk past
Every record gets a health score and a set of plain findings. Not a chatbot guess: the same checks run every time, so the same situation always surfaces. Two examples that a tabbed screen will not put in front of you:
- “Your seller has opened five of your emails and never replied.” Read receipts live in one place and replies in another, so nobody joins them up.
- “The asking price is well above the Home Report valuation.” That gap matters in Scotland: a lender will not advance above the Home Report figure, so the difference has to come out of the buyer’s own pocket, which quietly excludes every mortgage-dependent buyer.
