How Saltire Systems uses Meta Platform Data when a customer connects their Meta assets and uses Meta Lead Ads.
What We Access
- Managed Pages: Page IDs and names to let a user choose which Page to connect for lead generation and social media posting.
- Ad Accounts: Ad account IDs and names to support campaign creation and lead delivery.
- Lead Ads: Lead form submissions (when enabled and permitted) to deliver leads into the Saltire Systems pipeline.
- Instagram Business Accounts: Connected Instagram accounts for automated social media posting on listing events.
Why We Access It
- Connect assets: We show Pages, businesses, and ad accounts so the user can select the correct assets for their estate agency office.
- Create Lead Ads: We create Meta Lead Ads campaigns using templates with Housing category constraints enforced, as required for property advertising.
- Ingest leads: We ingest leads into the Saltire Systems pipeline and trigger the AI-powered follow-up sequences the user configures.
- Post to social media: We publish AI-generated property listing content to connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
Data Retention and Deletion
Saltire Systems stores leads and related CRM records for the customer's account/office. Customers can request deletion of their data at any time.

Security
Access tokens and integration configuration are stored securely with encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised users within the customer's office. Tokens are never exposed in client-side code or logs.
