What counts as an active listing?
Any listing with a status of active or under offer. Draft, sold, and withdrawn listings don't count towards your limit.
Can I change tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price includes everything: all features, all AI, unlimited users, unlimited data. Third-party costs (Twilio for calls/SMS, portal subscriptions) are separate.
What if I exceed my listing limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Existing listings aren't affected — you just can't create new active listings until you upgrade or listings are sold/withdrawn.
